For the crust (x3) :
150 g flour
5 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 sachet of powder for the rats
1.5 dl of mineral water
0.5 dl oil
25 g lean dark chocolate
Phil I:
1 l thick juice of raspberries
15 tablespoons of sugar
4 bags of pudding Raspberry
250 g margarine
50 g of powder sugar
300g raspberries
To decorate :
600 g lean cream
200 ml of acid water
Phil II :
500 ml lean cream
100 g powder sugar

Crust : In a bowl put the sour water and sugar and whisk mixer until the sugar is melted. Add flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa . Grate the chocolate and gently stir with wire for whipping . When the masses unite pour into baking pan ( 30x20 cm ) covered with pepper baking . Bake at 200 C for about 15 minutes . Bake three crus

Phil I: pudding mix in 1.5 dl of juice , and the rest of the juice in the pot to cook with sugar . When it boils add the juice diluted pudding and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly until thickened . Allow to cool . Whisk the butter with powdered sugar , then gradually add 2. chilled custard pudding and all unite .

Phil II : Whisk cream , then add the icing sugar and mix well to combine .

Filleting : Phil I and II divided into three parts . Then fill them in the following order : Bark, fil And , raspberries, cream II - crust , filling and , raspberries, cream II - crust , filling and , raspberries, cream II and cream .
